DISCUSSION

  1. Officials
    1. Attitude of some officials towards coach’s athletes, and school personnel
    2. WOA proposal of taking over officials billing and the resulting cost to schools
    3. WOA doing the selection for state events.

            Executive Board member said that he would check on this information. (B/C)

2.   District IV Music blackout date for winter concerts

Much discussion it was M/S/P that AD’s and Music people will work this out at the school level.  District IV will not have a black out date.

  1. River Ridge High School Self report

The Evergreen League had River Ridge subtract the points earned by this diver in league meets.  They took her league awards.  They recommended to District IV that the Diver forfeit her District title. District IV will recommend to the State WIAA that she also forfeit her state championship title and any points she earned be subtracted from the River Ridge team score.
