1.  Concerns were expressed that an opportunity was not given to take this back to District and leagues for discussion.

2.  No one knew this was an agenda item at Representative Assembly.

            1.  Audit by LeMasters Accounting showed records in very good shape

            2.  2007-2008 Budget reviewed, to be adopted at summer meeting
