c. Some venues have greatly increased their rental
and usage fees. We may have to look at
hosting those events at another site.
d. Reviewed how District IV applies the 10%
collection fee for Football and Soccer

CORRESPONENCE

Propose Track Officials
Henry reviewed the lasted proposal from the Executive Board
on Track officials. This generated
considerable discussion. It was MSP unanimously
to instruct Henry to vote to keep the status quo.
2. Amendments
Everyone agreed that we should have a copy
of the new amendments before Winter Coalition.
We would like to be able to send our representatives with any questions
that need to be answered.
