DISCUSSION

1.      Results of voting on amendments

         Support:  6,7,8,11/a/b, 13, 17

         Oppose:  1, 2, and 3,5,9,16,20

         No Position:  3,4,10,12,14,15,18,19,22

2.      Soccer

Considerable discussion on the fouls that led to a red card.  The inconsistencies that led to ejections in Soccer as compared to other sports.

1.      Send information to Henry if local officials associations are supporting the WOA raises.

2.      Financing for activities in District is becoming a huge issue

3.      WIAA wants to look at agreements between Districts

4.      WIAA involvement in moving Football and Soccer sites.

5.      Track officials proposal is off the table.

6.      Recommended showing the WIAA power point on finances to leagues.
